Well, the Dems would vote for Biden no matter what. It would come down to independents and GOPers who are tired of Trump.

If Trump runs, either as GOP or independent, we will see a Biden second term. Trump can't beat Biden as GOP nominee, and if he runs independent, he will splinter the GOP and do nothing but peel off votes from the GOP nominee.

Can't argue with you there! I too want to get an OLED one of these days, but my current TV (Samsung 65" regular LED) is working just fine, so hard to justify the OLED purchase right now. I know a lot of folks are going to streaming, but to me, there is just something satisfying about owning physical media. No one can take it away. I can touch it, and own it. Maybe it is just the generation I am part of that got indoctrinated with VHS and DVDs. Also, I think in some of cases, bluray physical media still can look better and sound better than streaming 4k.

I wish I had waited on a few blurays I bought until the 4k version came out for that reason. Except for maybe Star Trek and Star Wars, I don't want to re-purchase movies like I did when I converted from DVD to bluray. Truth be told, I think in most cases, bluray is good enough, but going forward I will buy 4k for movies that I don't have yet.

I didn't take it as an insult to BTTF, just that they were saying in an alternate reality that Eric Stoltz accepted the role of Marty McFly, which he famously turned down in reality. But, that is just my take. What about it did you find as a dis, and what other films seem to do the same thing? Just asking.

I have had a 4K TV for a couple of years now, but only recently upgraded to a Sony 4K Player. Therefore, my 4K UHD disc collection is pretty small. I was just wondering if anyone here is into 4K UHD physical media, and if so, what are your favorite movies so far? Also, I am wondering if anyone here could recommend some excellent 4K discs. In my collection, I have the following on 4K disc: 1. Alien Covenant: Definitely an upgrade over bluray, even if a mediocre movie. 2. The Batman: Definitely can tell the difference from bluray in some scenes, but since this is mostly in the dark it is hard to tell you are watching 4K at times. 3. The Ten Commandments: Phenomenal restoration! I'm not religious, and the Bible is no more real to me than the Iliad, but it is a pillar book of Western Civilization, with some cool stories. This one is probably my favorite biblical story, which has influenced Western literature and movies ad nauseam. 4. Zack Snyder's Justice League: Despite being 4:3 and muted colors, a whole lot better than the theatrical version. Just set aside like 4 hours, or break it up in parts! *The last three I have not watched yet: 5. Spiderman Homecoming 6. Spiderman Far From Home 7. Spiderman No Way Home

I totally agree. I wish the media would make as big a deal about Trump's age, though. Trump is now 77, the same age Biden (he is 80 now) was when he started running for president.

I wish I could adopt them all! But we can only get 2. The good news though is my brother and his wife will get the other two!

Actually, I just talked to my girlfriend, and she is down for adopting the gray kitties! Problem seems to be solved!

HI all. As some of you may have read, I lost my 17 year old kitty last Friday. He had to be put to sleep due to end stage kidney disease. Today, my brother (whose cat also recently passed away) told me about a friend of his wife's who has 4 kittens for adoption. The problem is that these kitties are too young to tell if they are male of female, due to the fact their testes (if any) have not dropped yet. I am down for adopting 2 of the cats, and my brother is down for the other two we don't adopt. I am leaning towards the gray cats, while my brother leans towards the black cats. I think it would be perfect because when either of us go out of town, we could drop our cats off at the other's place to watch them, and they might all get along being from the same litter. The thing is My girlfriend is open to adopting, but has a strong preference for male cats for some reason. I personally don't care if they are male or female. There is a strong possibility that if I adopt a cat, we can get the gender wrong. So my question is how do I sell this to my GF? Does anyone have any other helpful advice on that?

So I just came back from seeing the Flash. It was a really fun movie! I will not spoil it for anyone, but I would say it was a solid 8.0/10, at least. I have no real complaints other than some parts Ezra Miller acts a little to Ezra Millerly for my taste, but despite that, it has some funny parts. Since everyone who has seen the previews knows that MK is in this movie, I will say he MAKES THE FILM! If you are a Keaton Batman fan, you will love it.

I would have no interest in a reboot but for JMS being involved in developing it. Very interesting news he is working on a B5 reboot!
