Movies

Ones that are similar to Star Wars/Indy in that even if I own them I'll still sit down and watch them if I find them on TV: (Probably forgetting a lot)

- The Dark Knight

- Mad Max Fury Road

- Children of Men

Ones I'll just watch bits and pieces of because they're great & nostalgia:

- The Lion King (Original)

- Gladiator

- Unforgiven

- Fistful of Dollars

- Pineapple Express

- The Castle

- Inglorious Bastards

TV

Don't usually rewatch the whole thing but particular episodes, mix of great and nostalgia

- Battlestar Galactica (Reboot)

- The Office (US)

- The Leftovers

- The Sopranos

- The Wire

- Lost

Its rare that I re-watch anything by choice nowadays. Theres just too much new to watch all the time. But I will reliably stop at the Star Wars OT, Harry Potter, and O Brother Where Art Thou if for some reason Im skimming channels and find them.

Oh that reminds me, I need to add O Brother Where Art Thou, Burn After Reading, and Tombstone.

I'm ODing on Golden Girls and Ghost Whisperer. Now with hulu, I'm discovering entire episodes! SO much has been edited out of both of these shows-probably mostly for time but definitely in content, too. It's fun to watch them again to spot the differences and to see nothing but the shwo on the screen-no text, no promos, not dancing people-no bugs!

Movies depend on what's on. I hardly ever go look for a movie to watch unless it's fairly new. If it's on TV, I'll watch about anything

Thinking more about this, I should also add:

Field Of Dreams

The NATURAL

Major League

My bad. Here's my (very long) list. I am a fan of watching old shit.

I'll put this in spolier tags so people don't have to scroll too much.

Your list is all in white, so it doesnt show up on mobile. Is it cool if I fix that?

Absolutely! My spoiler tagged copy and paste in the post directly above might need it too.

That is probably because I copied it originally from an excel spreadsheet.

Was Golden Hotel also the sequel series to the Golden Girls, or am I thinking of something else?

No Star Wars, you say? Well sir, that's playing dirty

Rick and Morty is pretty high on the list of re-watches

MCU movies (I'm particularly fond of the Infinity War and the first Thor)

Justice League Crisis on Two Earth and Gods and Monsters. Come to think of it the JL and JL Unlimited shows also get a lot of eyeball time

Blue Mountain State

Disney's Aladdin

60s Batman show

American Ninja (not the show, you heathen. The movie!)

Let's add some classy artsy fartsy now.

Granada's Sherlock Holmes series

I think you're both thinking of The Golden Palace. ;)

Somehow, I had never heard of Empty Nest before.

Yes! And how??? I actually remember watching it first run in the 80's as a little kid.

I was only vaguely aware of The Golden Palace because I think my mother watched it. I don't think she watched Empty Nest, so that's what I will go with as my reasoning.
