Sounds interesting.. I read a few books of Sandman, and liked it. Ive read most of the Poetic Edda and enjoyed it...the parts that made sense.. so very interested in this.

I've read this and while all right, it does come across a little bland. Neil Gaiman's persona does not shine here since he is re-doing traditional myths and doing them faithfully. Like a remake movie done shot for shot with the original. I would instead recommend Joanne Harris' Gospel of Loki, same story but a new angle and more Ohhh factor.
