Rogue 3
I didn't know this was coming up - great to hear, love films 2 and 3! Durty D
Look fun! I hope he's not Snipes in Blade 3 territory
CoLA
Holy frickin awesome! Another Raimi series on Starz?! Yes! Here's hoping it's as graphic as Spartacus was, with the humor of the movies, of course!
NumberSix
I had zero interest in any remakes or reboots, but with Campbell and Raimi involved again, I gotta admit I...oh, wait, I have no premium channels and will have to go stand in the corner till this comes to DVD or Netflix. Yay.

Guest El Chalupacabra
This is great! After several false starts/rumors/lies/non-canon comics/crappy video games/an abortion of a quasi-remake/whatever else, finally a true successor and sequel to Army of Darkness! ShadowDog
I get what you mean Chal but it does sorta feel like Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao. Like its a few years too late.
Guest El Chalupacabra
Yeah, but can we at least wait until the first episode before we piss all over it? From what I saw in the preview, it looked pretty awesome.
Darth Krawlie
What was happening a decade ago that made it more necessary then?

Pong Messiah
I get why timing can be important in entertainment in regards to visibility, momentum, trends, etc... But I honestly think this series is going to have the same built-in audience today as it would have 10 years ago. Plus, so much of the humor is at the expense of Ash... just think of all the old/fat jokes (some already mined for the trailer) that can be made now that might not have been available a decade ago? It just looks like a lotta fun to me. Last Evil Dead I saw was the musical, and that was OK, but I'm ready for real Deadites now.
Tex
I love it because in a way it's the first real sequel to ED2. I liked Army of Darkness but the medieval setting wasn't nearly as cool as a modern one. The idea of a fat aging Ash still having to deal with dead sounds like a lot of fun. CoLA
Oh sweet christmas, that trailer! This is now at the top of my must see list!
CoLA
Series has started for anyone who forgot! Great opening episode, head twist scene was freaky and awesome. Killer doll scene was hilarious! Not sure if they are acknowledging the 3rd movie, the brief recap from Ash only touches on what looked like a combo of the first 2 movies. That or maybe Ash thought mentioning time travel would be a bit much.
Durty D
Grabbed the 1st episode the other day - loved it. Same spirit of the movies with a bit of down-trodden Bubba thrown in for good measure. Effects are a bit wishy-washy but completely in-keeping the state of the originals.
Ryn
I'm enjoying it. It's fun.
Pong Messiah
Echo what Ryn said. The build up to the opening title was absolutely brilliant, and the entire show was just damn fun. I have serious doubts about how long it can be maintained, but I'm really liking what I've seen so far.
Rogue 3
I'm 4 episodes in and really enjoying it! Nice storyline so far, shorter episodes so it doesn't outstay its welcome.Very happy with how this is being done, so many years after the last film!
