Ms. Spam
Seattle vs New England You know what day. You know what to do!
Darth Krawlie
Seattle This is one of the few years where I'm happy with either team winning.
Ms. Spam
I am so excited for this weekend. I know I've posted about this in like a billion forums and ways but SUPER BOWL. I'm picking the Seahawks for Tami. I really just want a great fun game. I'm going to get some beer and make wings and maybe some other snack food and text my Dad. I think since Grandpa passed away he's been kind of lonely-ish. We're both rooting for the Seahawks. In other news, I have family that lives in Phoenix and they say that people have been pulling the fire alarm on the Pats at their hotel like three times. There are some weirdos out there. Cashmere
Seattle. Russell Wilson is a pretty good guy according to those insurance ads.

Ms. Spam
Picked! Just when i thought the Seahawks forgot how to defense.
Metropolis
Wow Katy Perry. I thought the Tom Petty halftime was boring.
Ms. Spam
I liked the half time show. It was inoffensive.

Cashmere
I never watch the half time show. I need some down time after watching the game AND commercials.

Metropolis
Did Pete Carol really say the Patriots didn't know what they were doing when they fired him? I think the Patriots have done just fine since they did. And hell, he cheated more at USC than Belicheck has.
The Human Torch
Such a crazy ending. I thought Boston headlines would read Tyreed Again. And then the interception and fight. Nerve wrecking for the game to be so hard fought, but should make for fun reviewing. It was great to see my young kids cheering at the end of this, brings back memories of seeing my oldest do the same.
Ms. Spam
I loved this game. Not one Sunday night thing got done for me. I usually grade papers and do the laundry and then get ready for Monday. I watched all of it. The commercials, the game, half-time. Even the fight. Which was disappointing but you have to realize how frustrated Seattle was by then. A beautiful accidental catch and it was ruined by something like that one little play. Darth Krawlie
Has anyone asked Richard Sherman if he's mad yet?
Gamevet
What could have been a miracle catch for the ages, ended up as a play that happened before Seattle shot themselves in the foot.
Ms. Spam
They'll be back again. Something happened to that defense in the last quarter. I mean there was no running game from the Pats. It was throw, advance, throw advance. Maybe the Seattle team was just tired because it seemed like they let emotions get them.
The Human Torch
Seattle is young, they should have good chances to return again. As for Sherman he might be on his way to the hospital with his SO, unless I heard wrong she was going into labor.
ShadowDog
Marino was young and thought he'd be back. That's why you have to cash these in while you can instead of jacking off the game through shitty play calling.
Lord Darth Hunter
Or the last team that failed to repeat after reaching back-to-back Superbowls, The 1997 Green Bay Packers. They had young, Hall-of-Fame talent and thought they'd be back many times. They never once made it out of the conference again.
ShadowDog
Awesome point. That's the perfect parallel.
The Choc
At some point very soon, like before next season, the Seahawks are going to have to pay Russell Wilson and when this happens they will lose alot of their depth of talent.
The Choc
I love some of these analysts with their elaborate defenses of throwing the ball on the goal line. It's simply them trying to be smart, ya know like "oh yeah, the masses say run the ball but thats so simple." Yup, its simple. Sometimes its a simple game. You have a running back who runs the ball like a man possessed. They were not going to keep him out of the end zone.
