The one who came to take the report for my neighbors stolen truck didn't even get out of his car and was very "meh" about the whole thing. Guest El Chalupacabra Posted November 3, 2014 Share Posted November 3, 2014 I'm far from a cop hater myself, but my opinion on that Spam is that bad cops should actually have extra harsh penalties. Is that a double standard? Hell yeah, but cops are given police powers (even the power of life and death) that the average citizen doesn't have. If someone is going to abuse their power, then there should be higher penalties. And in the case of pulling guns on people, or shooting animals where it isn't justified, not only should they never serve as cops again, but get the max penalty automatically, plus an extra penalty for being a cop who abused their power.
