Doze Posted June 20, 2014 Share Posted June 20, 2014 Millenium Falcon Dice bought on eBay for use in Episode 7 for $37 The studio behind the upcoming Star Wars movie have reportedly bought a set of gold-plated dice to hang in the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon. Days into shooting for JJ Abrams seventh film in the franchise, a member of the crew noticed that the accessory was missing from the Millennium Falcon set.The dice don’t feature prominently in Star Wars films, but producers were apparently keen to keep them in the movie.Pinewood Studios’ art department scouted around on eBay and managed to find a similar pair for £22($37).A source told The Sun: ‘It was a real last-minute dash to try to find an identical pair. They were very fortunate to find them so quickly.’eBay Seller Richard McManus said: ‘I’m a huge Star Wars fan.
