Jedi Cool
Can you imagine how much it must cost movie studios to insure him?
Guest El Chalupacabra
Yeah, the $175 million budget is just for Ford's medical bills!

Darth Thanatos
I hope Han doesn't die. I hope he's just a secondary character in the movie. If any of the original 3 die, I would think it would be Luke. Not just because they can cheat and bring him back as a ghost, but specifically he might die battling Kylo Ren as a way of establishing just how much of a threat Kylo Ren is. I would think that Ep 7 would be bringing everyone together (so Luke and whoever the new Jedi is going to be -- my money is on Daisy Ridley). Episode 8 would be Luke training the new young Jedi, and then at the end they fight Ren, and Luke is killed.
oken wiseman
Yes I think it should be Luke who dies. But Ford is older that the other actors , he got hurt on the job and later almost died in real life.so maybe he won't be back for the next movie. Justus
If one of the OT main cast must die, I prefer Solo meet his end, rather than Luke. The "older Jedi mentor dies while fighting Sith" was in ANH and TPM, so this now worn plot device needs a long vacation.
Dark Wader
I think it'll be a massive twist for Episode 7 if Han doesn't die honestly. And it looks like Han is one of the main characters in Episode 7 so it makes sense they would use Ford as much as they could while they have him. 3 & 6 years to go...
I will be pissed if Luke dies in VII or VIII. IX? I'll allow it.

pavonis
They're all dead already. The whole story is a flashback as told by R2D2 to a senile C-3PO.
DANA-kin Skywalker
I'd say there's a real good chance Han will bite it in ep7. It would serve his character arc well, if it is done in such a way where his death served as a sacrifice to the greater good, or better yet for the survival of one of his children. For this to be true, it would have to obviously lend itself to the fact he actually HAD children, and they are in the movie, which I believe could be (with a high degree of confidence) are Daisy Ridley and Adam Driver.
