After 10 cable shows can do anything they want outside of f-bombs and frontal nudity. Asses and s-bombs have a quantity allowed per episode. Not even kidding. And gore is free reign. NumberSix Posted February 8, 2014 Share Posted February 8, 2014 Exactly that, yeah. After watching six seasons of Mad Men it's not hard to tell that AMC does enforce boundaries on sex and language. Their shows (even the TV-MA ones) carefully dole out their one or two s-words per episode just like PG-13 movies do with their two-F-word allotment. And it was really weird watching seasons 1-4 on DVD with uncensored F-words, only to watch 5 and 6 as they aired and noticing them muted. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
