What's the big deal about harvesting aborted fetus organs?

When word of this scandal broke, I considered it a non-issue, cause why wouldn't you want to save the organs from a dead fetus and put them to good use? I can't believe people are still going on about this. If you are going to perform abortions, why not advance medical research while making some money? Seems like a win-win. If you are worried that the additional profit derived from baby parts is going to make people "push" pregnant women into getting abortions... eh, if somebody unsure enough about having a baby that they can be easily talked into an abortion, chances are they aren't ready
