What happens if Trump drags his election court cases past the December 8th deadline?

He can be prosecuted in absentia, and it would at least rob him of Secret Service protection.
I'm more worried about the security briefings former presidents are entitled to.

I just need the media to call it today. It's about 99% inevitable. But I need them to call it. I know there'll be lawsuits and tweets and riots and bullshit for a while to come, but I need the cathartic release of the announcement that Donald Trump lost the election, is a one term president, and that Biden/Harris are president and vice president elect. I need it.
What if he runs again in 4 years and does a Cleveland?

Drax's got nothing on me. Also, a return hi.
Different shop. More books. Contract ends in December, might apply to the local library.

No Star Wars, you say? Well sir, that's playing dirty
Rick and Morty is pretty high on the list of re-watches
MCU movies (I'm particularly fond of the Infinity War and the first Thor)
Justice League Crisis on Two Earth and Gods and Monsters. Come to think of it the JL and JL Unlimited shows also get a lot of eyeball time
Blue Mountain State
Disney's Aladdin
60s Batman show
American Ninja (not the show, you heathen. The movie!)
Let's add some classy artsy fartsy now.
Granada's Sherlock Holmes series
-
Books. My dad will get a book of crossword puzzles, my best friend some graphic tpb of Deadpool/Rick&Morty/something by Mark Millar, another friend will get couple of birdwatching books.

On the last point, yes, you're right, there's a difference between superpowers stories (the Red Queen series, like Hunger Games but with superpowers) and superhero stories. And thank you for these suggestions, I'll make a list a check my library system's availability.
-
I've read the trilogy (there's a fourth book out now concentrating on the story from a supporting character's perspective), it's all right. I have read better and it is a very slow and unexciting narrative but I recognise the author's cred on her background research, especially on subjects like Elizabethian London/England and the history of alchemy. Closest soundbite I could reduce it is it's a supernatural Outlander. I have watched the first episode of the tv show so far and plan resume as soon as my work schedule let's up a bit.

Thank you. Hail Hydra.

Hello. I've recently started reading superhero books and I'm looking for recommendations from those brave foolhardy souls who have travelled this path before I. So far I have read Richard Roberts "Please don't tell my parents I'm a supervillain" series (5 books and all mucho excellento), the two books from Ralph Angelo's "Hyperforce" series (is two books series? Maybe not) and few standalones from different authors like "Supervillain and Me", "Soon I will be invincible" and couple of others. Genre like this is bound to be full of trash among which few goodies can be found so post here recommendations and a brief description, please and thank you!

Can the thread starter add "spoilers" in the title? I need to ask another one who has seen the movie about one character whom I didn't recognise from the past movies in an important scene.
-
Anyone else seen this? Minor spoiler: no end credit scene, so if your bladder is bursting after 3 hours of soda drinking go to the restroom and don't be like Tycho Brahe.
-
1. Where and when? You don't want to see. THE. MOST. BORING. ROCKY TRAINING MONTAGE. EVER.
2. Speed reading? No but I'm assuming you don't mean the drug variety. Then yes.
3. Sleep reading? No but not sure whether because the old belief of different sides of the brain makes reading asleep impossible or not, I've heard it might not be so. I do however keep two books by my bed and I read one before going to sleep my cat comes next to me and promptly curls up on to the book to nap. Hence second book.
4. Lying? Believe me (yes, I'm aware of the paradox but hang on) if I were lying about totals, my OCD would make put in even tens. I do admit however I finished the last book a tad after midnight on 2018's side because the appendix material was massive.
