    One of my hermit crabs, Phredward, likes to do laps around the top of the tank. He climbs up, clutches the rim with his claw tips, and then slowly makes his way all around the top edge of the tank. Good thing the lid is too heavy for him to lift!

      I take Calm's Forte pills. They're a natural sleep inducer that doesn't leave you feeling groggy in the morning. The best thing is that, if your insomnia is due to too much thinking--you know how your mind just keeps going and going and you can't shut it up--they will calm you down and help clear your head so you can fall asleep. If you've never tried them, you should. I take one or two about an hour before bedtime.
