Stand and Deliver, Takeover, NXT always outs on a great PLE. I'm still at work so all i got to see was the entrance for the women's title match. I saw Guilia with Regal. Once again the women need their own show. To supplement Raw and SmackDown. You can't have this much talent and only so much time to play with them.

The ladder match is one of my the tougher calls. If they're going to split up the titles again you might as well go two new champs. The Judgement Day are still a possibility but why? The New Day would tie them again with the Usos, but once again why? New Catch Republic would shock the world so that might be a good small dollar bet. A Town Down Under? If you're splitting up the belts it means you're trying to reboot the division you would think. Stop giving the titles to two guys tagging instead of an actual tag team. DIY are HHH's boys and a run would get them over better. The Awesome Truth contradicts what i said about Waller/Theory. But it plays into Truth getting his revenge on The Judgement Day. It also allows for a short title run while rewarding Truth for making the most out of what little he is given.

Night One predictions Rey Mysterio/Andrade vs Dirty Dom/Santos Escobar Dom and Escobar. Carlito is turning on Rey. You could see it tonight. Naomi/Bianca/Jade vs Damage Ctrl There is no way Jade loses. No way. Six pack ladder match I thought Michael Cole made it seem like both sets of belts were up for grabs. Them the rumor mills seized on the same thing. So going off that premise I'm going to say DIY for Raw and the Awesome Truth for SmackDown Jimmy Uso vs Jey Uso Subvert expectations. A Jey Uso win kills any real feud. A Jimmy Uso win keeps the feud going because everyone thinks Jey is the obvious pick. Sami Zayn vs Gunther Everyone thinks it's time for Gunther to go on a world title chase. Sami isn't the one to dethrone him imo. Gunther keeps the belt. Becky Lynch vs Rhea Ripley If Rhea wins she doesn't have a credible opponent for a while. So I'm going Becky on this even though I think Rhea should retain Cody/Seth vs Rock/Roman There's no way the Rock loses this. Plus Bloodline Rules sets up Cody's biggest hurdle. Rock/Roman

I figured why not give this is own thread. I have to say I'm underwhelmed by the stage. It looks good, but when you're touting XL it looks a lot smaller than last year's set on LA. Whatever. I'm going to give my predictions later today.

I stopped watching AEW a while ago because i was watching too much wrestling. 3 hours on Monday, 2 hours on Tuesday, 2 hours on Wednesday, 2 hours on Friday. Plus a PLE once a month. AEW and NXT were the casualties. Though i do watch NXT highlights. I didn't criticize AEW because i didn't watch it anymore. The CM Punk interview with Aerial Helwani was something. It really shines a light on why AEW hasn't grown and why they seem to be struggling.

So my wife found out the SummerSlam is going to be at Cleveland Browns stadium. She wants to go now. I always get the "you never want to go see my family". Then she complains when she goes and sees her family. So I might try and parlay this into a SummerSlam/Cedar Point long weekend. With just a stop at her mom's.

Crazy fact. For those that mock Roman for not wrestling that often, Rhea Ripley had only wrestled 8 times this year including WWE Live events.

The movie is okay. I wish it were better than okay, but it was a step in the right direction. It tries something new. It isn't as nostalgic as Afterlife. Empire is funnier than Afterlife, but sometimes at a detriment to the scenes. If Sony makes another one they need to take an axe to the cast. That goes for the ghosts as well. Slimer as much as i live the spud, didn't need to be in there. Unless you go full Real Ghostbusters and make him a "pet".

Nearly $300? Hell we were paying $320 lol. We just switched to Frontier from Spectrum. We got all the same channels and went from 500mb Internet to 1gb with DirecTV for $210. We watched too many channels to cut the cord. Or my wife watches too many channels.

You have to pay for Bally's? That's part of our regular sports package. I did get NBA league pass on Black Friday when it was half off. Other than that Marlins, Rays, and Lightning are on Bally's here.

It's definitely going to be Bloodline Rules. It makes a Cody win that much better.

I don't even think that the Rock turns on Roman. I think it's a situation where the rock causes room in the match which sets up real tension between the two of them

There are so many people who think that Seth Rollins is going to turn on Cody. I just don't see it. A turn most likely means Roman retains. You don't undo the Rock vs Roman match to have Roman retain.

I don't know about you guys, but since i didn't fill out a bracket i have watched maybe 5 minutes of the tournament so far.

I think or at least i hope that the next trailers will be more interesting. This trailer was okay, but didn't get me too excited. This is the chance you take when you stray from the Skywalker story tree.
