  1. It was a tough watch but I knew what to expect since I've been keeping up with the comic through the trades. It was a lot more brutal than I was expecting and being spoiler-free for the episode I was surprised when Negan

    killed Glenn, too!

I am certainly looking forward seeing Negan get his.

If it's like the comics, he

doesn't! Or he doesn't die, at least, just gets imprisoned.

But I guess the show may do something different.

  2. I think it's set the same time as Daredevil season 2, so no Sokovia yet. But yeah I agree with why you were bummed out

I think it's set the same time as Daredevil season 2, so no Sokovia yet. But yeah I agree with why you were bummed out

The other reason I'm bummed about that is not only because

I liked the character and thought he was just getting interesting

    but because I don't like

Diamondback that much, plus I think the half-brother thing is kinda cheesy

    .

  3. I'm up to episode 10! I was kinda bummed that they

    killed off Cottonmouth

    .

Does this take place after the CW movie? If so, it seems weird that a bulletproof guy is out there walking around and there hasn't been any mention from anyone about the Sokovia Accords.

  4. The music is great! I just watched eps 5 and 6 last night, trying to get through it quick as I can. Loved how

Luke had his classic look after escaping from prison in the flashback one!

Anyone else think Cottonmouth's laugh is awesome?

  5. Anyone care about the fate of the main characters?

    Nope! :D

Chris is set up to be a psycho in training, but something tells me he will make some stand against his new pals once they cause trouble at the hotel. Would not be surprised if he dies (I believe the actor has already moved on to Agents of SHIELD).

I thought Robbie's brother looked familiar!

  6. Two thoughts--

    1. What's more American than reality TV

    2. 25 years ago Angela Bassett played Cuba Gooding Jr.'s mom in Boyz in the Hood. Now she's playing his sister. Damn she looks good.

I'll always think of her as the actress who should have played Storm! She was such a badass in Strange Days.

  7. I'm a little mmmmm about it after the first episode. I didn't think it was bad, I'll wait for a few more eps before I decide how I feel about it. There was one part I thought was funny, one of the parts with Lily Rabe, after she was done talking in one of her segments, she just kind of made this funny face for a few seconds until it cut away.

  8.

They have a place here in Tucson called Bookmans that take all kinds of stuff off of your hands. They can be pretty picky sometimes but you can trade things in for money or store credit. I've traded in bunches of stuff there.

They wouldn't take some VHS cassettes I tried to unload at the Ina Road store. My step-dad had a bunch of crap we couldn't even throw out. I think out of all the VHS tapes we only got money for the Hunt for Red October.

LOL, yeah, they are really picky about what they take. I was looking to unload a bunch of DVDs at that same one and they only ended up taking a couple of them. I think I brought about 30 with me. They just ended up going to the Goodwill down the street. :)

  9. That's just as expensive of an effect as mo-capping a CG model. In some ways it's actually hard cause you have to mask and track everything in the scene.

I think they should just do the different actress thing, then. She looks different enough as She-Hulk that it would be believable, as believable as a woman getting big and green can be anyways! :p

Did you know coming in there tell me do things?

Is this a Fensler film quote?

  10. Well if she ends up on a TV budget they wouldn't do her as CG Hulked out like her cousin-- they couldn't afford to. Funny enough, the most likely scenario would be doing like the old TV show where you have two actors-- one as Jennifer, a bigger one as She-Hulk.

I think it would be better to do the opposite of Hulk in the movies. They could get someone tall and fit, then shrink them down for the Jennifer Walters scenes! Like the Hobbits in LOTR or Chris Evans in the first Captain America movie.
