  1. I haven't read any of those but it sounds pretty confusing. I'm still trying to figure out current Marvel continuity. I mean, they reset and combined things with the main universe but what are the character like Mile's backstories now? Does he remember that he is from an alternate Earth or is he supposed to have always been there?

I think both companies should just start everything over! That or just alternate Earths it to explain away things like they did back in the day.

  2. If you skip out on season 4, you'll miss out on rewatching the Hush episode, one of the best! I don't rewatch series very often but I always like to se the entire thing again. And I thought Fred got the worse ending... :(

I've avoided rewatching BSG for similar reasons. Alias has a great season 1 and I have to force myself to bail out after it is done. I always stop watching Twin Peaks mid season 2.

That reminds me that I never finished watching Alias.

  3. That's what I'm saying, they show Avengers Tower during the movie, so it has to take place after the first Avengers movie. So I guess the experimental armor line is just a throwaway thing and not meant to tie into anything from the other movies. I guess the government would still be trying to build their own, anyways.

  4. I think it would have worked a lot better if they had it start earlier, too. Maybe 2008, around the time Stark became Iron Man? They could have even had a scene with a tv on in the background showing Tony announcing he was Iron Man. That way, they could have established he had been training for years and came back to New York recently. That would have made the name drop in Winter Soldier make a lot more sense.

  5.

I think they dropped the ball on the timeline stuff (ironic). I'm sure some of the awards in his cabinet were dated 2016 yet the movie features Avenger Tower in the NY skyline.

Speaking of timeline, this goes quite a bit beyond Civil War, doesn't it? Just before he crashed, he turned down Rhodey as a patient. The bit about a colonel who crushed his lower spine in an experimental armor. I took that to mean that the movie started pretty much at the same time as Civil War.

According to the director, it's not meant to be Rhodey. He clarified this in a Reddit AMA last month. Maybe it was meant to be one of the soldiers shown injured in the IM 2 courtroom scenes? But I think that Avengers Tower is shown a couple times in Dr. Strange, I just don't remember if it is shown at the beginning or later on.

  6. Watching Stranger Things and the last episode of Black Mirror, the 80's episode, has put me in the mood for 80's tunes! Listening to them led me to FM-84, a modern 80's sounding band! I think it's a band...

Anyways, give them a listen! The whole album is great!

P.S. I think I should have grown up in the 80's! I love the music, the clothes and the movies and shows from that decade!

  7. I saw the end of this again the other night at a friend's place and was reminded of two thoughts I had when I first saw it:

Why would the two people closest to Han not hug it out after his death?! I don't think Leia and Chewie even looked at one another! I feel like that would have made the scene a lot more sorrowful. It feels so hollow the way it plays out.

Also, I thought Luke should have had one line in this movie. On Rey finding him, I think a "Hello there" would have been a neat little nod to Obi-Wan's first appearance in Ep 4.

  8. Why did they have each actor play multiple roles?

I think it was just Sarah Paulson who did, right? The rest were the actors playing the real people. It seemed kinda obvious who was who during the return to the house, at least to me.

Who was the journalist supposed to be?

Lana Winters? She was a survivor from season 2.

Were the actors supposed to be cheesy and overacting?

Probably during the re-enactment scenes, not so sure about the rest.

What did Priscilla have to do with anything?

She was one of the ghosts? I guess even ghost kids need company. :|

    What happened to the butcher?

Still butcherin', going by the finale! ;D We did see her briefly in this one and her congregation was, uhmm...congregating on the police at the end.

Was anyone charged with a crime?

Well, Lee was, but she was acquitted. I don't think there was anyone left to charge after she died.

How did Flora get to the house?

    Uhmm...Speed Force?

Why was Lee there when the TV crew showed up and why did we have to watch so many TV shows?

I guessed she just got there at the same time they were filming their show...and like, why did that old guy who played the psychic go there with them? Everyone knows what happened to the actors who returned!

  9. I was kinda underwhelmed at the ending. Episode 9 was a bit over the top, especially the first person perspective disemboweling. Eeuugh! 10 was a nice enough wrap up but it felt like not a lot happened other than to have a character from season 2 show up and tie up Lee's story. Overall the season was okay but I thought they killed everyone off too fast on the second trip to the house and there was no real resolution to it all.

  10. It felt like he was Draco in this episode, except if he had been born a muggle. :D

Our dear Killer Frost needs to watch Frozen a few times.

And build a sentient snowman. And maybe an ice castle.

Well, Elsa did have it all figured out.

  11. I finally caught up last night.

I WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT HOLY S*IT.

There goes that theory about Evan Peters' character.

There goes my prediction that Matt will be the sole survivor, too.

That was my prediction, too! I thought he would end up being saved by the witch after everyone else was killed. I guess she's not that tough to get scared away by Shelby.

I predict Lee will be last one standing now. Despite her current circumstances. Ol' Granny Cannibal knows how to dismember people correctly, and Lee is the most level headed and resourceful person left.

I was thinking she was already dead but we know the Polks like to keep them alive as long as possible...*barf*...so she could be. There are only 5 left now (or 4, if Lee is a goner). She does seem like the one who would make it out of the 5.

Speaking of I DO NOT LIKE THE CANNIBALISM SUBPLOT. EW.

    Me, neither. O_O

Speaking of EW, this went viral this morning - There will be a Murder House/Coven crossover season.

That could be...interesting? I think I would rather see a Hotel/Coven crossover, they could go to find out what happened to Queenie.

  12. And why would Caitlin cut off her white streak honey there's this thing called hair dye let me teach you the ways of the greying.

That was my first thought, too! She may as well shave her head if she's going that route, LOL.

  13. Now if we can all just survive the Kara/Mon-El romance that I'm sure is in store over the coming weeks...

Now that they've cast Superman, maybe they'll want to be progressive and go another direction...or would that be regressive? :p
