Ahhh gentrification. 2014 and 2015's word of the year for Londoners. Every local being priced out of their own homes and boroughs. Well, it's nice to not have dudes smoking crack outside the house but I can live without the cocktails being served in jam jars and the craft beer and burgers served on chopping boards. I mean, the food that comes with gentrification is nice and all.. But the twatlords that make up the new population replacing the old are always gonna be dicks no matter the situation.

I've always concidered Fox News to be kind of "infotainment" or "disinfotainment". And not really news at all. It's a good laugh at first, then it's depressing cause you realise lots of people get their world view from it.

Word. Just to clarify, I was being facetious. I give up my seat for a little old lady or a pregnant woman with a sore back every time. I'd give up my seat for an old man or a guy carrying a kid too. The concept of chivalry is kind of odd to me. It's kind of like, you should treat anyone like that not just women. It's being polite. But I find it even more odd that people would take offence at chivalry being some kind of "benign sexism".

Also parents "freaking out about little Johnny" these days is cause you can't turn on the news without hearing about peadophiles, murderers and local crime stories. Parents watch a lot of "news" too. In fact, if I were to accept the world view that the BBC presents me there are peadophiles and terrorists and Muslim extremists hiding in every bush.

Back in the day, I don't think there was so much danger-hype media. You could go out all day as a kid unsupervised in bare feet and your parents wouldn't bat an eyelid. But now we have peadophiles.

I know you're kidding, Odine, but Chihuahuas can make great service animals for certain people. I know there are some who fake it and claim their therapy or comfort animal (or simply their pet) is a "service animal," but Chihuahuas and other smaller breeds can be great when it comes to sensing allergens for people who go into anaphylactic or as medical alert dogs, especially if those people live in apartments or other smaller spaces.

Yeahhhh...... See.... Allergens are easy to avoid if one is diligent enough. My best friend and ex housemate is deathly allergic to most nuts, severely allergic to eggs and dairy, and less so to a multitude of other things. He has only needed to use an epi-pen once in the 8 years that I've known him. No medical alert dog needed.

I saw blue and gold. The bottom part of the dress the gold was closer to back. When you compare the gold of the foreground dress to the black of the dress in the background the colours are very similar. That said how we see colour is complicated.

Hrmm funny article. Every old person (ww2 generation) I've met sure can handle their booze and enjoy a great shindig. Yeah I do have high hopes... but I wont be too disappointed if they are not met. As far as Bethesda goes each game they put out seems to be an improvement on the game just released before. They keep getting better. (aside from little quibbles people have that are taste matters). So yeah I hope fallout 4 is to the series what Skyrim was to the elder scrolls. But on the Next Gen level.

Shonen Knife: "Like a cat"

The Bethsoft versions of Fallout play like their Elder Scrolls games, but in a post-apocalyptic sci-fi setting for Earth. Less smooth as Skyrim, more clunky like Oblivion. The original Fallouts played very differently, but better being subjective of course.

bearing in mind Skyrim came out after both Fallouts Bethesda did, so learned from the mistakes and clunkiness.

Played the original fallout on pc back in 97 and every other fallout title since. Fallout 3 and Vegas were a little clunky as it was the first attempts really at turning dice rolling isometric turn based combat into first person and 3rd person. Im sure fallout 4 will be next level shit. Itll be Mad Max meets The Road meets Cyberpunk meets Red Dead Redemption. Hopefully they bring back some of the humor of the originals.. Fallout 3 and New Vegas lacked in that department.
