  1. Limited info, but it’s getting a remake for PS5 which I am really looking forward to! Classic! https://blog.playstation.com/2021/09/09/star-wars-knights-of-the-old-republic-remake-is-the-legendary-tale-remade-on-playstation-5/amp/

  2. So I just wanted to know if I am the only one around here who can't seem to start watching post-Endgame MCU? I don't have anything against it mind you, but I just felt so exhausted by the time Endgame was done and I felt it was a 20+ movie story that told its story. It seemed like a beginning, middle and an end. I have not seen the spidey movies mainly because well, MCU spidey to me works best as a supporting hero. I may see BW one of these days soon, but I skipped Wandavision because it didn't seem interesting to me. I never heard of Shang Chi until the movie. DR Strange with cumberbatch

  3. The Disney+ stuff has been top notch. I’m excited for Spider-Man 3 and Dr Strange, but the latter is as a sequel to Wandavision.

  4. I’m still into it I guess and watching/enjoying the new content but I can sort of relate to where you’re coming from, so don’t think it makes you a grumpy old man. Endgame was the peak of the MCU, and I think now the saturation has settled in (even with a year break). A common complaint is that each of the movies feel like a long trailer for the next one and I’ve really felt that with the recent shows, even if I’ve enjoyed them.

  5. The comic pictures of SHang Chi I have googled more than resemble Bruce Lee, to the point I have to conclude he was inspired by Lee. Now that you mention he was in the 70s, that makes sense, because that was Lee's hey day, too.

  6. I've been familiar with the name for years but have never read him in a comic. He's had his own series' and I think he's in the Avengers now? He started off in martial arts comics in the 70s. He's never been a major player but Marvel's tried making a movie of him since long before the MCU was a thing--going back to the 90s, even. I wouldn't put him as a deeper cut than, say, Groot or Star-Lord were before GOTG came out, but he's fairly deep.

  7. AWESOME! I hope if this is successful, they remake KOTOR2, as well, and add in the levels they cut out.

  10. Yes, films 2 & 3 were not what we hoped for after the superb first film, but fingers crossed we get a good 4th film for Christmas! Fishburne apparently wasn’t asked to participate in the film according to interviews. Weaving was one they were after, but was tied up in a theatrical production so the dates just couldn’t work. Nice trailer, fingers crossed for a good film that makes sense!

  11. Will be on PC too, I think PS5 is a console exclusive (or timed). I missed the boat when this one came out so looking forward to finally sinking my teeth into it.

  12. My friend posited that the “real world” was just another level of the matrix and everyone was still plugged in.

  13. Weaving makes sense, from a story perspective, if the entire purpose is to basically delete everything from the previous movies. I never watched all of 2 or 3. I liked the first, but it hit right at the perfect age for my friends to be wankers about his deep and philosophical it is, which annoyed me so much that I only watched it the one time.
