  1. I mean, for a fast food burger, In-N-Out is good. Definitely a step up from McDonald's or Burger King. We almost always get In-N-Out for lunch when we visit family in California because its nearby and it is the only junk food my husband will eat. We have a local chain called Blazing Onion that is probably more equivalent to Red Robin but better. Since they are pretty easy to get to-go, I usually just call in my order and grab it. Five Guys is so greasy. Gross. Chick-fil-A waffle fries are good, and I think once I got a chicken salad sandwich so I am a fan. But I eat there pretty rar

  2. In my part of Texas, at least, people go crazy for Whataburger. I also like it and it’s a definite step up from McDonald’s, but It’s also overhyped here.

  3. To me, the Chick-fil-A hype is based largely on the Great customer service when eating in there. I like the food, but I would choose other options if I am at a food court, the airport, or doing drive thru.

  5. Alright so my new thing these past nine or so months: After being stuck at home and missing live music, I wanted to pursue just doing something myself. I can play guitar but I'm terrible at it, and any attempt I've had in the past to work with buddies to play something together never went anywhere. So instead, I decided to start learning editing and mixing on DJ software. I'd seen a lot of people mix live on DJ boards in festival campgrounds at impromptu parties and always thought it was cool so I wanted to try i out. I know enough with creation tools to put a few things together here

  6. When In-n-Out first opened up in the Phoenix area, I think almost 20 years ago, there were only a handful of locations, and they were always busy, with cars wrapped around the block. In-n-Out wasn't new to me as I have had them in Cali, so I waited until the hype died down, but tried them. Like you say, they were good, just nothing outstanding. I still go every now and again. They are everywhere now. The same exact thing happened with 5 Guys, Fat Burger, Smash Burger, Culver's and most recently, White Castle, when they all came to Phoenix. People freaked out for a while and raved ab

  7. Yes. Your reaction to it (perfectly fine but nothing special) is the objectively correct one.

  8. I got an in-n-out burger for the first time today. It was a perfectly fine burger, but was absolutely nothing special. Is this just California’s version of New Yorkers going crazy about their style pizza?

  10. And if anyone was going to get it twice it was going to be me. Fever’s going up and oxygen is going down. It’s been over a month. At this point I wish it would either go away or be bad enough for hospitalization where I could at least get treatment. But at the same time I really don’t want to be in the hospital because it’s complete isolation there.

  11. Ahem... Anyhow, I stand by what I said in that I am bored with the mentor trope and hoped if that was what did happen Luke actually got a story arc that lasted two movies. With that said, I think there are a few ways to take Luke...just two things I thought of while reading this thread. 1. Rip off Asimov's Foundation. Have him disappear and rebuild the Jedi ala Foundation ala Haro Seldon. Disappear and stay hidden...maybe even in plain sight. The enemy is the decay of the galaxy itself as it descends into chaos without the central body holding it together. Luke's mis
