My Very 1st YouTube Upload, by Fisher-Price

Behold a bold new experiment in Nightly.net history: the first time I've ever had access to the miracle of video technology. The camera we bought earlier this year is the first we've ever owned modern enough to record actual movement. I've yet to read that particular section of the paperback instruction manual, but while my wife and I were at the Indiana State Fair this past Tuesday, I figured I'd turn it on, point, click, shoot, and see what happens.

This was fun to try, but I doubt I'll become a deluded aspiring amateur director anytime soon. Don't expect this experiment to herald a lot of self-absorbed webcamming, quivering bootleg theatrical trailers, or footage of our dog attacking my son. Unless there's a lucrative market for any of that.
