The biggest difference is probably that, like Candy Crush or something, you have "lives" and once they're out you can't start another game until they regenerate. I'm not much for picking a game up for what might only be a minute or two at a time and have my ability to keep playing dependent on other people. It seems alright otherwise, though. And yes, my biggest complaint when I first started was that the easy questions were too easy, and the hard questions were absurdly difficult.
